“ITINERARIES OF LEGAL COMPARISON. NEW ISSUES AND NEW PERSPECTIVES” CALL FOR PAPERS.

This call solicits essays in the field of the general theme of the conference from young scholars (PhD students, post-docs, adjunct professors, lecturers), provided that they have not held a tenure-track academic position before June 1, 2015 (i.e., for more than 10 years as of June 1, 2025).
A 300-word abstract, in Italian or in English, should be submitted by March 15th, 2026 to the following e-mail address: conferenceysc2026@gmail.com

Professor Antonello Miranda appointed at Academia Europæa
Academia Europæa has announced the appointment of Antonello Miranda, Full Professor of Comparative Private Law and Director of the Center for Advanced Studies “A.S.Cent.” at the University of Palermo, as Vice Chair of the Law Section (Class A2), with immediate effect.
The appointment reflects Professor Miranda’s scholarly contributions and standing within the international legal research community.
The Academia was established in 1988 and is one of Europe’s leading academic institutions of humanities, literature, law, and science that brings together professors and scholars committed to promoting teaching, education, and research.
