We particularly welcome papers that will address the theme of this year’s conference: “Transnational Commercial Law in Times of Change: The Challenges of Technology and Fragmentation and Opportunities for Reform”. As is the tradition of the meeting, students are particularly welcome to participate and to present papers, such as, e.g., projects for or summaries of their Master or PhD theses. Please send your paper abstracts of between 200-400 words to jlinarelli@pitt.edu by 30 June 2026 for consideration.
