CONVEGNI, SEMINARI
Giovedì 14 settembre 2023, nell’ambito delle attività della Scuola di Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo, il prof. Giuseppe Franco Ferrari terrà una Lectio Magistralis dal titolo “I diritti nel costituzionalismo globale: luci e ombre”. La Lectio si svolgerà presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano, con inizio alle ore 17,00.
Venerdì 15 settembre e Sabato 16 settembre 2023, presso l’Università degli Studi di Milano, si svolge il IX Convegno dell’Associazione di Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo GIURISDIZIONI COSTITUZIONALI E POTERI POLITICI. Towards Just Institutional Approaches to Conflict Prevention and Resolution, from 28th to 29th September 2023 in Utrecht. The conference aims to bring together international scholars and practitioners from various fields to discuss and identify just institutional approaches that seek (real) conflict prevention and conflict resolution in the legal context. CALL FOR PAPERS
The Asian Law Schools Association (ALSA) in collaboration with the NYCU School of Law will be hosting an international conference on “Emerging Technologies, Social Change, and Legal Innovation”, 2-3 December 2023, at the Guangfu Campus in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The conference aims to explore the complex interplay between emerging technologies, social change, and legal innovation. In the past few decades, we have seen the rapid development and deployment of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain, and regenerative medicine, which have had a significant impact on society. The Italian Society of Law and Economics (SIDE) welcomes submissions for its 19th annual conference on December 13-15, 2023, on-site in the premises of the Department of Economics, University of Brescia (Via San Faustino 74/B). The first critical legal geography conference brings together transdisciplinary scholars to discuss the mutual constitution of space and law, broadly conceived. The conference in February 2024 (in Turin, Italy) will be the first of a series of annual meetings on critical legal geography.
