La Summer School si svolgerà dal 20 al 24 luglio 2026 in presenza a Roma ed è rivolta a giovani studenti e professionisti, ricercatori, funzionari pubblici ed esperti sulle tematiche proposte. I 25 partecipanti selezionati otterranno una borsa di studio a copertura dei costi d’iscrizione. Il termine per potersi candidare è fissato al 10 Maggio p.v. 17th Transnational Commercial Law Teachers Meeting that will be held on 8-9 October 2026 at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. We particularly welcome papers that will address the theme of this year’s conference: “Transnational Commercial Law in Times of Change: The Challenges of Technology and Fragmentation and Opportunities for Reform”. As is the tradition of the meeting, students are particularly welcome to participate and to present papers, such as, e.g., projects for or summaries of their Master or PhD theses.
